Just Plum Crisp … and it’s GF!

 

I’m loving this semi-homemade GF plum crisp straight from the tree in our yard. As a recently former city girl, having fresh fruit in my yard blows my mind every day. For this crisp I make it super simple with a store bought GF crust.

Crisp

Filling

2 lbs roughly chopped plums

1/4 cups sugar

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp salt

Toppping

1 1/2 cups Gluten Free granola of your choice

  • Preheat your oven to 350 Fahrenheit.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine plums, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice and salt.

  • Pour the filling into the pre-made GF pie crust.

  • Use granola to completely cover the pie filling.

  • Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.

  • Let cool completely before enjoying.
